All parts sourced overseas are designed to our strict specifications, developed in-house by our knowledgeable and experienced Quality Assurance & Engineering team.
Using unique and specialised testing equipment, parts are constantly monitored and tested for specification compliance.
Maskill undercarriage components are produced from our dedicated, new assembly area. The assembly area has been designed as a controlled, dust-free environment using assembly equipment that ensures production efficiencies and safe work practices.
Our highly skilled QA & Engineering team work full-time on product and process improvements.
PARTS WAREHOUSE
Our production facilities and clients’ operations are supported by our Toowoomba & Perth warehouses, stocked exclusively with D10, D11 and large excavator parts. Our stock holdings are unsurpassed in the industry.
REBUILD FACILITIES
Our extensive undercarriage rebuild and reconditioning services are supported by seven track presses, dedicated track frame tear down bays, three track frame assembly bays and various specialised welding and machining equipment. Designed as a production line, we divide the rebuild jobs into their individual tasks to accelerate turnaround times and to guarantee quality at every step.
